Personalized or custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to ship.

Please note, that we currently do not offer rush orders. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.

Lead times for custom or personalized pieces are estimates and not guaranteed. While rare, some orders may take longer than 6-8 weeks. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the production timeline may extend beyond the listed timeframe.

Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday. Once your item ships, you will receive tracking details via email. Please note, that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

For personalized orders, choosing an expedited shipping method will not speed up the production process. Shipping time and production time are handled separately.

If an item you’ve selected is out of stock, Mos Unique Collection will notify you via follow-up email.

However, if there is an error on our part with your order, we will happily remake the item free of charge. If you made an error during customization, you have 24 hours to notify us via email with the correction. After this period, any changes may incur additional fees, depending on the adjustments we are able to accommodate.
